Description

Brilliant pole saw for both the professional and home user. The poles are oval- shaped, providing precise control over the direction of the blade (especially important when cutting high).  The oval shape also gives strength and rigidity to the pole, thus reducing the chance of poles bending and breaking. The poles have a double-locking system. There is a pin/button which locks the poles in place and a clamp that overlocks the poles together. The two locking systems are designed to work together and protect each system from damaging the unit. This dual locking system allows 100% of the effort at the handle to be effectively transferred to the blade which is metres away. Spring-loaded locking buttons allow multiple length adjustments and safety friction clamps hold the extensions firmly in place. The base pole has a pole-end shock absorber to protect the pole if the pole slightly impacts the ground. It also has a comfortable rubberised over grip ensuring good hold and control.

The 39cm long curved blade has Silky 4-RETSUME (Four Rows of Teeth) Technology. Ideal for the toughest pruning jobs! The teeth are not hardened, allowing you to sharpen them if you need to, i.e. if you cut through a lot of dirt or material, hit a wire in a tree or work in forestry, etc. Blades can be adjusted to two different angles for lower or higher cutting and feature an upper and lower sickle. The upper sickle is used to cut vines and the lower sickle to undercut bark. The upper sickle also prevents the blade from slipping off the limb. Black, rigid, plastic protective blade cover is included.

All parts are replaceable and available.
